IT Engineering Support

Our IT Engineering Support service at Assured is built on years of experience. We have worked for companies such as Ricoh, Carpetright, Carphone Warehouse and over the last 15 years, various banks too. All our engineers carry CSCS cards as a requirement by most banks. Our engineers also undergo CRB checks.

Our engineers are able to install Chip and Pin setups, overhead cabling and carry their own tool kits, packing equipment and all equipment is moved on the day the engineer is there. We understand that decommissioning and work on mission critical IT often cannot be done during working hours, so our staff is available to assist around the clock.

Our IT engineering support is also competent in decommissioning all types of IT equipment and offer a full individual pack service including serial number inventory. We regularly handle PCs, Servers, Cisco Routers, Switches, Mounted AC Units, UPSs and more. We understand the electrostatic nature of certain packaging materials and work within best practice EMS requirements.
